Become an Approved Contractor

Globe Home Warranty Company sells residential home warranties on new and existing homes. We are looking for air conditioning, heating, appliance, electrical, plumbing, roofing and well contractors to service our customers. We are currently selling warranties in most areas.

If you wish to apply to become an approved contractor fill out a copy of our service agreement, and request for taxpayer identification (W-9). Print out those forms and fill-in the following items on the service agreement:

* Hourly cost of your services
* Line of business (i.e., plumbing, electrical, heating etc.)

Sign and return the service agreement along with the taxpayer identification form, a copy of your trade license, and a certificate of insurance. We dispatch vendors on service calls by zip code. If possible, please provide a list of zip codes in which you would like to take service calls.
